The apartments are designed to offer comfort and an enjoyable stay. The new OiKOI Luxury Residences set the standard for a refined and distinctive hospitality experience. It consists of brand new, luxurious furnished apartments (suites and maisonettes) with minimalist décor, which can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Designed to meet high expectations, they offer a harmonious blend of elegance, comfort, and luxury. We used high-quality building materials to provide a luxurious and safe stay experience.
The interior
The “OiKOI” complex consists of a total of four apartments.
On the ground floor, there are two furnished apartments:
- A two-room apartment with a total capacity of 4 beds (bedroom and living room), covering an area of 49.70 m².
- A one-room apartment with a total capacity of 4 beds and an area of 38.23 m².
On the first floor, there are two furnished maisonettes, each with three rooms and a total capacity of 6 beds.
Each apartment on the first floor is organized into two spaces (bedroom and living room), covering an area of 49.70 m², and extends upwards into attic spaces of 26.26 m² each, functionally integrated with the first-floor apartments. These attic spaces include a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small wardrobe.
Comfort
The beds in the apartments are from the company CANDIA, with CANDIA ACANTHUS mattresses, measuring 1.60×2.00 meters.
The sofa beds are equally comfortable, as they convert into regular double beds with anatomical mattresses, measuring 1.60×2.00 meters and 20 cm thick.
